They have won an American Music Award and five iHeart Radio Music Awards. Their music packages itself with “blurring the lines between indie, pop music, dance music and hip-hop”.

Aubrey Drake Graham is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor. Drake released his first debut studio album “Thank me Later” in 2010, which debuted at number one on the U.S. and was soon certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA). He has the most charted songs (154) among solo artists in the history of the Billboard Hot 100. Drake is known for his egoistical lyrics, typically considered to be emotional and boastful. His vocal abilities prove to be an audible contrast between typical hip-hop beats and melody, with sometimes abrasive rapping coupled with softer accents.

The band’s style changes from album to album, however, the songs are less personal and are more electric with more use of synthesizers, creating a retro feel.
